    You’ve probably read posts after posts after posts from our Bangkok trip in December/January. Some of you may have gotten sick of it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if many of you have thought of putting Thailand in their travel bucket list. I can’t blame you—I returned there without batting my eyelashes for the same reasons that you may have.

  • Travel Diary: The Streets of Bangkok

    When I hear or read about Bangkok, only two things come to mind: thrift shopping and delectable street food. More than visiting Buddhist temples and going to the beach, these were two of my agendas after returning to Thailand.     I don’t think it will ever be acceptable to visit Thailand without at least seeing the life beyond the busy streets of Bangkok. (Well, at least for those who are not flying elsewhere outside the city.) For this reason, we booked a whole-day excursion outside Bangkok—to the province of Ratchaburi in central Thailand.
