Sunday was our second and last day in Seattle. As much as we wanted to sleep in, we had to be up early, and go about the rest of our day since we're driving back to Spokane the same night. We wanted to fuel up for the long day ahead of us, so we searched for a local breakfast/brunch place that we don't have in California. We ended up going to the Pancake Chef near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which was kind of a bad idea because the service was horrible. We must have waited for more time than we should, which was a time less than what we have left for the day. The food wasn't any more special, too.Read More
As much as I wanted to share all adventures from our 24-hour trip to Seattle, I couldn't, so I broke them into several parts. Though extremely exhausted from exploring the Seattle Aquarium and hopping on a Harbour Cruise, we psyched ourselves into scratching as many places off of our itinerary for our first day.Read More

Fact: Being a blogger or a social media influencer is a double-edged sword. Sure, it has its perks of working alongside brands or collaborating with other influencers, but it also entails putting your authenticity at stake. For those who've been in the industry as long (or longer) as I have, I bet my cards you totally get what I mean by this. Bloggers or social media influencers like myself may contribute in making or breaking a brand's or a company's success.
I never work with any brand or company that I don't deem fit for this blog. That's a promise. If I don't feel right about it, then I won't do it. Plain and simple.Read More
If I'm being completely honest, our trip to Seattle required a lot of energy to power through the day. Since we were only staying a little more than 24 hours in the city, we had to fit a lot of things and places into our itinerary. Following our almost six hours drive from Spokane to Seattle, we only stopped at our hotel in Tukwila, a city south of Seattle, to check in and freshen up before hitting the road once again.Read More
It's no secret that I've been spending more time away from the blog and social media these days. Admittedly, I did it on purpose, but for the most part, I let life take over. Between sharing about our recent travels and throwing a couple of lifestyle-related posts, I haven't really gotten more personal around here, so I'm sharing some truths about life lately.Read More
If we thought our first day in Spokane would be a long one, then our Spokane to Seattle road trip took us what felt like forever and a day. Roan willingly drove the entire time, leering at each of us girls as we sneak a nap on his behalf. He managed to take a quick video of us sleeping comfortably in our seats (NOT RECOMMENDED) while he listened relentlessly to Zayn's Pillow Talk on the local radio, which might have been played at least once every hour.Read More
I refuse to believe that July is over, and much like June, this month had been nothing but a blur. Summer is definitely in full swing here in San Diego, but grateful that our weather remains at high 80s and low 70s on most days. My brother-in-law has been inviting us to go hiking almost every weekend, but with all the craziness going on at work, Roan and I choose to just lounge at the beach on our rest daysRead More
